This luxury condominium lobby was transformed from ordinary to ultra-luxury with the addition of our exclusive “Rain Cascade” water effect. Will Brown, one of Sarasota’s top designers, was hired to make this area one-of-a-kind. The challenge was the massive column that was in the center of the lobby…the solution…bring it alive with almost 100 streams of water falling perfectly from the ceiling above. LL Waterfall Design transformed this eyesore into one of the most unique lobby entrances in Florida.
